Restocking Fee & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Returns & Eligibility

✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✔️ Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

A [10%] restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returned dress items. This fee helps cover the costs of inspection, steaming, and repackaging to ensure all customers receive high-quality products. 

No Restocking Fee Applies If:

✅ The item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
✅ You choose store credit instead of a refund.
✅ You exchange for a different size or style.

How to Return

2️⃣ Ship the Item: Use the provided return label (we provide free returns and exchanges).
3️⃣ Refund Processing: Once received, refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 15 business days.
